These Terms explain the basic conditions for using GameBrek. GameBrek is designed as a supportive focus tool, not a medical, clinical, emergency, or parental-control service.
1. Use of GameBrek
You may use GameBrek to create focus sessions, protect selected apps, review session outcomes, and receive guidance that may help you choose calmer starting points.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
GameBrek can support focus, but it cannot guarantee behaviour change, productivity, health outcomes, or prevention of all distracting app use.
3. Permissions
Some features require Android permissions, including Accessibility Service, Usage Access, notifications, and battery optimisation settings. You control these permissions through your device settings.
4. Subscriptions and premium features
GameBrek may offer premium features. Any purchases or subscriptions made through Google Play are handled by Google Play billing and subject to Google’s applicable payment terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse GameBrek, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the app where prohibited by law, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
6. Changes
We may update the app, website, features, or these Terms as GameBrek develops. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page.
